A 'Taste of the Sea' Supper - MON

As an alternative to the Italian Buffet at ISC there is a 'Taste of the Sea', a three course fish supper served on the wonderful RLYC balcony.

Menu choices are Beetroot Cured Chalk Stream Hampshire Roast Trout, Pickled Vegetable and Apple Remoulade, Pan Roasted Sea Bass, Sauteed Smoky Bacon, Red Chicory, Heritage Tomato and Broad Bean Salad, Fennel Puree and Red Wine Sauce, followed by Lemon Tart.

Dress code is smart casual.
